COVID-19

To all of our customers, as of now we are still running as normal. If anything changes, we will make this clear on our website and keep you updated. We are of course taking all safety measures that are needed at this time.

Shipping times and dates have been updated to cover expected delays. Therefore your parcels should still arrive within the given days on our shipping times, however please understand that they can still be slightly delayed. 

COVID-19 SHIPPING TIMES

These are our updated expected delivery times. 

Standard delivery - 3-7 working days delivery

Fast track delivery - 1-4 working days delivery (aims for next working day)

Next day shipping (orders before 2pm) - Usually next day, however this currently isn't guaranteed, so please allow 1-2 days for delivery. 

SHIPPING

All items are posted next working day after order is made (this does not include guaranteed next working day shipping) 

Weekend shipping is not available. 

Standard delivery - 3-5 working days delivery

Fast track delivery - 1-2 working days delivery (aims for next working day)

Guaranteed next day shipping - next working day (orders must be made before 2PM) 

If ordered after 2PM, your order will not be posted until the next working day after purchase. 

EG - if you ordered an item at 3pm on a Monday, your item would not be shipped until Tuesday & would be delivered guaranteed on the Wednesday.

FRIDAY GUARANTEED NEXT WORKING DAY SHIPPING

- Any guaranteed orders made on a Friday after 2pm, will not be posted until Monday & will be guaranteed for Tuesday.

- Any guaranteed orders made on Friday before 2pm will be guaranteed for Monday.

- Guaranteed shipping does not include weekends.

- Guaranteed shipping does not include Bank Holidays. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Jewellery such as earrings are non-refundable. Items such as hair accessories, tights & cosmetics are also non refundable. These are all exempt from return due to hygiene reasons. 

We except returns on other items. However you must notify us of the return via email within 4 days of the date your item was delivered. Once you have emailed us we will provide you with details for your return.  

Items must be returned to us within a 14-day period after you have contacted us. 

How long until I receive my refund?

- Once we have received your return, please allow up to 3 working days for your refund to be processed. 

- Once your refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email.

- Please allow 2-10 business days for your refund to show in your account (this can vary depending on the payment option that you used with your purchase) 

EXCHANGES 

Can I exchange my ring size, as it doesn't fit?

Yes, you can exchange your ring/s for a different size. Please notify us by email within 4 days of receiving your item, with your order number, the item you are wanting to return & the size you would like to exchange for.

 

Items must be returned to us within a 14-day period after you have contacted us. 

If there is any signs of wear or damage to your item, we do have the right to refuse your exchange and your original product will be sent straight back to you.

Once we have received your order, your exchange will be sent out the next working day. Ring exchanges are all sent free of charge and using Standard Shipping. If you are needing your exchange faster, please let us know however the customer will have to pay shipping fees.

Can I exchange my order?

Orders (excluding rings) can be exchanged for a credit note only. Please email us within 4 days of receiving your order if you would like to exchange. We unfortunately can't hold items or sizes. Credit notes are none refundable. 

Returns T&C'S

- Customer must pay returns postage and we do not take responsibility for any lost items (we recommend using signed for or tracked postage)

- Items returned to us will be checked over. We have the right to refuse any used or damaged items. If this is the case, the item will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

- Refunds do not include shipping costs from your original purchase. Shipping costs and any discount codes used will be deducted from your refund total.

- Items must be returned to us within a 14-day period from the day we have sent you a returns form. If your return is received late, your order will be sent back to you.
